About The Position

This Senior Financial Analyst II within the Global Analytics and Insights (GA&I) organization and supports the Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) function. You will be part of a global finance team responsible for delivering financial analysis and insights on Rockwell Automation–wide orders and sales performance. You will be a partner to stakeholders across all regions, providing important reporting at both operational and executive levels. As our finance organization undergoes digital transformation, you will use modern technologies such as AI, Power BI, and Oracle EPM. You will report directly to the Finance Manager, Global Sales and Marketing – Global Analytics and Insights.

  • Minimum of 7 years of FP&A / finance experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing large datasets
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., EPM, Power BI)
  • Willingness to use AI and latest technologies

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including forecasting and causal analysis for global orders and sales performance
  • Develop and maintain Rockwell-wide industry reporting
  • Maintain and enhance executive dashboards for senior leadership
  • Go beyond standard reporting by interpreting data to produce meaningful insights
  • Ensure, including understanding of underlying data, performing rigorous sanity checks, and validating accuracy, given the high visibility of outputs to senior leadership
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover insights and support decisions
  • Load and validate North America region orders data in Oracle EPM
  • Lead projects focused on automation, standardization, and simplification of GA&I/FP&A processes
  • Collaborate with GA&I and FP&A teams to develop consistent reporting processes
