About The Position

Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join our Finance team at our Corporate Center on Fletcher Avenue. This is a fully on-site position requiring regular collaboration with Finance leadership and departments throughout the organization. The Financial Analyst II will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic decision-making by analyzing financial, payer, and operational data. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and comfortable presenting financial findings and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Two to four years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an on-site team.
Ability to work full-time on-site at the Fletcher Corporate Center.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
CPA, CFA, or CMA certification.
Healthcare, managed care, payer, or Federally Qualified Health Center experience.
Experience with ERP systems, Epic reporting tools, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and Uniform Data System reporting.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial statements, reimbursement activity, operational data, and market trends.
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor key performance indicators and conduct variance analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve revenue, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
Gather, validate, and integrate financial data from multiple systems and departments.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Collaborate with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams.
Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and special financial projects.
Maintain accurate documentation and protect confidential financial information.
