About The Position

Aritzia is growing and our Corporate Finance team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for strengthening financial results by effectively managing Aritzia’s financial assets and providing senior leadership with the required information and analysis to make informed business decisions. As the Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance, you will support with enabling Aritzia’s strong financial position by executing financial planning, management and reporting while also assisting with business development and investor relations. Requirements

• Finance, Accounting, or Business degree
• Financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

Responsibilities

• Proactively maximize Aritzia’s overall financial performance and support smart spending through informed and fact-based business decisions
• Drive the short and long term financial plan in alignment with corporate objectives and strategies
• Provide the business with visibility into corporate and departmental performance with relevant and timely financial results
• Accelerate corporate objectives by efficiently acquiring new businesses or strategic partnerships
• Provide Investor Relations with a comprehensive understanding of investor and analyst expectations of Aritzia’s financial performance and outlook
