A Day in the Life The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to the Finance Director for Coronary, supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting across key initiatives including Marketing, Digital Transformation and strategic initiatives. This role is critical to enabling the execution of business objectives and driving operational excellence through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of Finance or Accounting experience (or 2+ years with an advanced degree)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Positive and motivated approach to tasks and building relationships with the both the CRDN Finance team and business stakeholders
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary finance partner to the Coronary Marketing and Digital transformation team, supporting cost center and project management.
  • Coordinate FP&A activities, including AOP and forecasting cycles as well as the preparation of monthly/quarterly close activities
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting to business partners and key stakeholders
  • Financial and analytical support of strategic initiatives and planning
  • Drive efficiency/improvement of related finance processes in support of the organization
  • Perform additional financial analysis for special projects upon request
  • Continuous reflection on team processes to identify opportunities for improvement of business partnering impact and time efficiencies in personal and team finance support
  • Support cost-down initiatives and ad hoc analysis, as needed, and provide insights as requested
