J&J Tech Ops & Risk Finance is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst- BUF Quality (TO&R) to provide BUF financial leadership to the Corporate Quality organization. Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years or related business experience is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business is required, preferably with a concentration in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
  • Must possess the ability to partner with leaders within the TO&R organization and have strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Self-starter ready to take initiative to drive business results, as well as process development and improvement is required.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity, possess good communication and negotiation skills, and be able to work in a dynamic and changing team environment.
  • Preferred location is New Brunswick, NJ; required up to 10% travel.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA, CMA, MBA preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic financial leadership and implement best practices for Opex, Capex & HC forecasting, consolidation, reporting and analysis of TO&R Functions investment decisions, ROI analysis on high impact initiatives, long range financial planning, business plan and forecast updates
  • Own the end-to-end Capital Appropriation Request process for Enterprise CAR deployments, including strategy, financial analysis, and leadership review of capital projects
  • Work cross sector to drive advancement in Quality strategies including development of business cases
  • Facilitate consolidations and analysis for Management and Executive Leadership
  • Foster open dialogue with leadership to influence strategy as well as adjust forecasts to align with expectations
  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance efficiency by streamlining and automating processes, including evaluating existing practices to simplify complex procedures.
