Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial advisor or similar role within the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning principles, tax laws, and estate planning techniques.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and grow a client base.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
High ethical standards and commitment to acting in the best interests of clients at all times.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual and business client needs.
Provide expert advice on investments, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management.

Conduct regular financial reviews to assess client portfolios and recommend adjustments as necessary.

Mentor junior advisors and contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm’s advisory processes.
