As a member of the Wealth Management Finance Compensation Team, reporting to the Manager, Wealth Management Finance, this role is responsible for administering, analyzing, and coordinating the monthly variable compensation process for the Private Investment Advice (PIA) business within TD Wealth Management. Partner with business units to understand objectives and support financial and performance outcomes through data-driven insights. Analyze performance against benchmarks, investigate variances, and determine root causes and appropriate resolutions. Coordinate the collection, validation, and review of data across multiple stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness for compensation processing. Act as a key contact for complex and escalated compensation inquiries, providing guidance and resolution or directing to appropriate teams. Apply knowledge of compensation structures and processes to interpret issues and determine appropriate outcomes. Build and maintain strong working relationships with Wealth partners and internal stakeholders to support compensation processes and facilitate timely resolution of issues. Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and supporting implementation of solutions. Leverage analytical capabilities to analyze large datasets and deliver clear, concise, and actionable reporting.
