About The Position
Serves as the primary financial lead for the KitchenAid Small Appliances business across Latin America. This role carries full P&L accountability, operational Free Cash Flow (FCF) ownership, and commercial strategy execution. By steering pricing and mix, trade investment efficiency, and cost management across multi-country entities, this position acts as the core strategic co-pilot to regional leadership to drive sustainable, profitable expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years managing teams in a multinational consumer goods company.
- Proven track record of regional coverage across Latin America.
- Fully fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Deep commercial acumen.
- Full P&L/FCF ownership.
- Proficiency in ERP/BI systems (SAP, BI…)
- Lean process optimization.
- Executive communication.

Responsibilities
- Drives full financial ownership across Latin American markets from Gross Sales to EBIT.
- Manages regional costs (F&W, SG&A, OCOS).
- Partners with regional leadership on financial modeling (NPI, channel profitability, promotions).
- Leads financial planning and forecasting cycles.
- Holds accountability for regional Free Cash Flow forecasting, actual results, and variance analysis.
- Collaborates to optimize Net Working Capital (DSO, DIO, DPO).
- Manages CapEx budgets.
- Oversees operating cash flows and currency exposure.
- Leads order-to-cash workflows, commercial contracts, and processing efficiency while ensuring trade spend compliance.
- Directs financial closure processes across legal entities.
- Maintains internal controls and compliance (SOX, statutory, trade regulations).
- Mitigates macroeconomic risks such as FX volatility, inflation, and tax/import dynamics.
