About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Enterprise Reporting – FP&A to join our Finance team in Chicago, IL or Denver, CO. This role will be responsible for monthly and quarterly financial reporting and enterprise financial results. The position requires deep expertise in multifamily operations and asset management, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to effectively partner with internal leaders and Blackstone. The ideal candidate is a dynamic people leader with a proven ability to design and execute scalable, efficient processes that deliver consistent, decision-ready insights.

Requirements

8+ years of progressive leadership experience, with strong preference for multifamily finance, asset management, or operations.
Proven track record building, managing, and mentoring high-performing FP&A teams.
Deep understanding of real estate fundamentals, portfolio performance, and capital markets.
Experience supporting complex finance functions or business segments with the ability to influence decisions at the executive level.
Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate data-driven multifamily performance to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver concise, decision-ready insights in fast-paced environments.
Advanced analytical expertise with mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, supported by strong accounting and finance fundamentals.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive results with minimal direction.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, or related field.

Responsibilities

Support the translation of enterprise and Finance strategy into clear, actionable plans across Enterprise Reporting, aligned to organizational priorities and long-term objectives.
Oversee enterprise-level reporting and analytics, ensuring monthly and quarterly deliverables are accurate, consistent, and strategically aligned for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Partner with Finance and Operations senior leaders, contributing insights that inform enterprise strategy and performance outcomes.
Drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives (e.g., automation, offshoring, operating model redesign) that scale FP&A capabilities and position the company for long-term growth.
Develop and manage Managers and Analysts, fostering leadership depth, accountability, and succession planning across the Enterprise Reporting organization.
Ensure alignment across reporting workstreams, balancing timely execution with long-term value creation.
Contribute to strengthening the firm’s enterprise reporting foundation, including scalable reporting processes and data-driven decision frameworks.
