The Commercial Products and Infrastructure (CPI) organization is responsible for driving Microsoft Cloud & AI (artificial intelligence) capacity, margin excellence, and resource allocation rigor across Microsoft’s portfolio. Within CPI, the Resource Investment Strategy finance team is an exciting and fast-evolving team that partners deeply with engineering leaders to ensure $20B+ resources across ~100K FTEs (full-time employees) are continuously aligned to strategic engineering priorities. We currently have an opening for a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager, Windows and Devices Engineering, to cover a wide range of responsibilities, which includes various modeling and business analysis, partnering with engineering leaders on resource allocation decisions, and creation and ownership of efficient financial processes. We need a motivated and agile system thinker, who can demonstrate intellectual curiosity and navigate ambiguity and complexity, to be the trusted finance advisor to our engineering leaders and drive success for our business partners. This role enables you to develop a CFO (Chief Financial Officer) mindset and influence leadership to drive expense management and resource allocation decisions, continuously aligning investments and costs with a prioritized engineering product roadmap. Be part of a highly driven team with an emphasis on fun. At Microsoft, our mission - to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more - guides how we partner with customers to deliver trusted, impactful solutions.
