About The Position

The Senior Finance Manager is a key strategic finance partner responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and analytical support across Rehlko Power Systems, with scope spanning multiple regions and platforms. This role will drive consistency, transparency, and insight across a complex financial landscape that includes three distinct ERP systems. The position carries significant influence and accountability for shaping global FP&A processes, standards, and outcomes in alignment with Rehlko’s financial governance and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will combine strong technical FP&A expertise with the ability to operate cross‑functionally and cross‑regionally, influencing senior stakeholders and peers and driving disciplined financial decision‑making across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
  • 6-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles within a large, complex, global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading FP&A activities across multiple regions and business units.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP‑based financial environments; experience operating across multiple ERP systems strongly preferred.
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large data sets into executive‑level insights.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority, driving alignment and results in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate financial concepts to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
  • High level of initiative, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating in a fast‑paced, evolving business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global FP&A activities including annual operating plans, forecasts, long‑range plans, and management reporting across all regions and business units within Power Systems.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to senior finance and operational leaders across all organizational regions and functions, providing insight into financial performance, risks, opportunities, and key value drivers.
  • Develop and maintain standardized global FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment across regions and consistency with Rehlko policies and expectations.
  • Integrate and analyze financial data across three ERP systems, driving improved data quality, comparability, and transparency to support enterprise‑level decision making.
  • Own and enhance financial performance metrics, dashboards, and executive‑level reporting, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Support strategic initiatives including growth investments, cost optimization, margin improvement, and capital allocation through rigorous financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, including automation, systems optimization, and adoption of best practices across the global organization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, governance standards, working closely with controllership and audit partners, as well as strong collaboration with tax and treasury finance functions.
