About The Position

This position is an exciting opportunity to shepherd the CFGO in its transition from standalone initiative to permanent office within Corporate Treasury. We are looking for a leader with vision who can inspire change throughout the organization to continue to generate additional cash flow and enable capital allocation priorities. Influence without authority and executive presence will be paramount to the Senior Manager's success.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in finance or related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to influence leadership at all levels of the organization.
  • Desire and skills to develop and implement a long-term strategy.
  • Clear understanding of cash flow and its importance to corporate capital decisions.
  • Track record of delivering financial results.
  • Proven capacity to work in ambiguous environment.
  • Native or fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Co-author a vision for the future of the CFGO with the Director of Corporate Treasury
  • Create new cash-flow generating initiatives throughout Johnson & Johnson
  • Influence senior leaders to drive accountability in delivering initiatives
  • Lead and develop a senior finance analyst
