About The Position

Cansulta is seeking experienced independent consultants to provide expert advice, guidance, and support to businesses in managing their operations. As a "Cansultant," you will fill knowledge and expertise gaps for clients, acting as a strategic advisor and business partner. Cansulta handles marketing, contracts, billing, and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on delivering your expertise. This is a platform for independent contractors, not employment. Cansulta operates on a revenue-sharing model, earning only when consultants successfully sell their services.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Significant experience as a Finance leader with broad scope as a CFO, VP or Director of Finance, or specific expertise in any Finance area, such as accounting, tax, planning & budgeting, operations, budgeting, financing & investment, working capital, risk, treasury, or compliance.
• Rich background of consulting experience, with a preference for those who have led projects that resulted in significant client benefit and advancements.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Able to empathize with clients and work collaboratively.
• Able to host & lead client meetings with ease, professionalism, and effectiveness.
• Able to multitask, organize and prioritize.
• Self-directed, self-motivated, and self-managing.
• Profound interest in providing creative and technical solutions, and problem-solving.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Tech-savvy with a strong command of relevant technologies and software, with an openness to adopting new tools that enhance your practices.
• Familiar with GSuite (Gmail, GDrive, GDocs, GSheets, GSlides) and Microsoft/O365 Suite.

Nice To Haves

• CPA, CMA, CFA preferred.
• Portfolio should include a range of clients & projects that demonstrate your ability to tackle complex problems, add demonstrable value, and drive forward-looking solutions.
