Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree and three years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Experience in accounting systems, and principles
  • Experience using SAP ECC Systems

Responsibilities

  • Develop budgets in support of labor, overhead, capital, headcount, sales, and inter-company transactions
  • Monitor actual versus budget variances on a monthly basis, and analyze trends
  • Create ad hoc reports and analyze data to work toward an understanding and resolution of complex situational problems
  • Analyze, reconcile, and prepare elements of balance sheets, profit, and loss statements, and other formal financial reports on a scheduled basis
  • Perform FI/COPA/BI data validation and discrepancy resolution
  • Facilitate training classes regarding current and new functionalities
  • Assist team with non-complex technical issue resolutions; forward complex issues to appropriate subject matter experts for resolution
  • Manage contents of the Business Intelligence (BI) Expense Cube
  • Administer and Track BI BEx and BI HANA SAP role/job-based security of field personnel
  • Perform COPA and Business Intelligence testing for SAP ECC upgrades
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
