The Position The Opportunity As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a cross-functional foundational role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our financial records and translate complex data into actionable financial insights. This position bridges day-to-day accounting transactions with high-level financial reporting and analysis, allowing you to serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams. In this role, you will maximize financial accuracy and customer satisfaction by resolving billing discrepancy issues, ensuring complex contract terms align with invoicing schedules, and protecting customer-company relations through proactive communication. Working with an enterprise view, you will act as a key resource in providing specialized analytical support, anticipating business needs, and delivering high-quality solutions to complex financial challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • SAP Experience, FI-CO module preferred
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, such as GAAP and/or IFRS
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen and business knowledge
  • Demonstrates an ability to influence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Master’s degree, MBA, or CPA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Executes specialized month-end close activities, including journal entries and open PO accrual management, while supporting finance partners with operational tasks.
  • Performs analyses to track and maintain product placements.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for audit support, ensuring all documentation meets internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Identifies and investigates issues related to assigned projects and proactively anticipates needs. Selects approach from accepted body of methodology or recommended alternatives.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and investigates customer billing inquiries or disputes. Researches transaction histories and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and issue adjustments or credits when necessary. Communicates synthesized analysis, findings and recommendations to stakeholders so that conclusions and implications are understood.
  • Drives operational excellence by continuously looking for efficiencies, performing process improvements, and thoroughly documenting necessary changes to optimize financial workflows.
