About The Position

Kevin’s Natural Foods is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Finance Analyst, Sales Finance to serve as the primary finance business partner to the Sales organization. This role will own key elements of sales planning, forecasting, customer performance and gross-to-net reporting, and trade investment financial management to drive profitable growth. The Senior Finance Analyst will work closely with Sales, Strategic Revenue Management, Analytics, and FP&A to ensure commercial decisions are grounded in strong financial discipline and aligned with company profitability objectives. This individual will provide financial insights, risk assessments, forecasting support, and investment recommendations while maintaining ownership of trade spend accounting, P&L’s, and gross-to-net performance. This role will also play a critical role in the implementation of a new TPM solution (Confido).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales Finance / FP&A supporting Sales within CPG.
  • Strong command of trade spend, planning/forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders and communicate effectively with executives.
  • Experience supporting Sales organizations and customer-facing commercial teams.
  • Experience with TPM tools, with advanced excel and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary finance partner to Sales and cross-functional commercial teams to drive decision-making and performance management, translating strategy to plans/targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of trade funds, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead monthly customer business reviews, annual planning, and monthly forecasting of volume and Gross-to-net.
  • Ensure the financial accuracy of period end accruals and support month-end reporting and analysis of price, volume and mix (channel, customer, product category) impacts.
  • Support deductions/claims visibility, and promotional financial tracking in TPM.
  • Build and maintain customer P&Ls at contribution margin level to improve commercial decisions and prioritization of investment.
  • Support new opportunity analysis, innovation, customer negotiations and trade terms with financial modeling, insights and risk assessment.
  • Other duties as assigned or necessary.
