Senior Sales Finance Analyst
About The Position
ADP Canada is looking for a Senior Sales Financial Analyst to join our Sales Finance team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to the VP Finance and Sales Leadership, playing a critical part in shaping the financial strategy and performance of our Sales organization. This isn’t a role for someone who just checks boxes—it’s for a forward-thinking, hands-on problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make an impact. You’ll bring a sharp analytical mind, a strong grasp of financial and operational drivers, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Requirements
- A degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA or other designation an asset).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you can connect the dots between financials and business performance.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to dig deep into details while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- Highly organized and comfortable working under tight timelines with shifting priorities.
- Self-starter with initiative—driven, curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
- Excellent communicator who can explain complex issues in a clear, business-friendly way and build strong relationships.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience using tools such as Tableau or other data visualization/data mining platforms.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Leaders to understand key business drivers, provide accurate forecasts, and deliver insights into performance trends.
- Act as the go-to resource for quota setting and incentive oversight—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
- Lead the creation of clear, impactful reporting that helps Sales Leadership assess results and take action.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance financial reporting and business processes.
