This Senior Client Support Engineer role serves as a primary technical resource for a key client environment, supporting additional clients as needed. It is a highly visible, client-facing position requiring a balance of hands-on support, proactive system management, and technical leadership in a fast-paced MSP environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning a client environment end-to-end, with strong experience in modern Microsoft technologies including Entra ID, Intune, Azure, and Microsoft 365. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to manage daily operations, drive improvements, and ensure high service delivery standards.
