Bilingual (English-Spanish) Senior Field Specialist

CLEAResultPortland, OR
$62,700 - $94,100Hybrid

About The Position

At CLEAResult, we lead the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future for our communities and our planet. We do that by creating a people-first culture built on trust, accountability, and transparency; where every employee – regardless of position, role, or identity is treated with respect and given an equal chance to thrive. This role combines hands‑on home inspections with customer service built on trust, clear communication, and accountability. You will complete in‑home energy assessments, document opportunities to save energy and lower utility costs, and support weatherization and HVAC upgrade projects from start to finish. Additional responsibilities include coordinating contractors, reviewing bids and invoices for eligibility, and occasional community outreach to help homeowners learn about available programs. This role is especially focused on serving low‑income households and helping homeowners understand the process and complete required paperwork. This is a remote position with frequent field work. Ideal candidates live in the Clackamas County region or Portland Metro. Here at CLEAResult, success means you are resourceful, resilient, and kind.
