The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, working with mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment conditions, conducting preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipating and correcting safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). The technician will have direct interfacing with customers and may be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations, and customers. Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 50%+ (overnight stays, away from home)
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and meet driving requirements including: Driver Application for Employment, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), Driver Disclosure and Release, Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement, FMCSA Certificate of Awareness, Driver Certificate of Violations, Driver Statement of On Duty Hours Road Test, Copy of Driver’s License, Copy of Medical Certificate
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
  • Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
  • Clean driving record
  • 2 to 5 years of technical field service work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
  • Electrical and mechanical experience
  • Ability to work without direct onsite supervision
  • Technically sound troubleshooting ability
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices (PC programs)
  • Customer service experience
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
  • Synthesizes technical information and communicates it clearly
  • Derives insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve problems often in novel and unexpected ways
  • Commitment to lifelong learning, seeking out opportunities for self-improvement, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices
