Requirements

  • The Track Record: 5+ years of heavy equipment, diesel, or material handling experience.
  • The Technical Edge: Deep knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems. If you can read a complex schematic like a map, we want you.
  • The Leader: You take pride in seeing a junior tech "get it" because of your coaching.
  • The Standard: High accountability, OSHA-conscious, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Command the Field: Start your day from your driveway. Own your territory and provide elite on-site diagnostics and repairs for forklifts, automation, and heavy industrial gear.
  • Solve the Unsolvable: Use advanced software and schematics to troubleshoot complex hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical failures that stop others in their tracks.
  • The Mentor Mindset: You are the "Gold Standard." Guide junior mechanics, share your "tricks of the trade," and foster a culture of technical excellence.
  • Customer Partnership: Act as the face of WMH. Advise clients on proactive maintenance and fleet health—your expertise drives their uptime.
