About The Position

As a Senior Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide high-level technical support and service to our customers, ensuring the optimal performance of Honeywell products and systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and provide training and guidance to customers and junior technicians. Your expertise and dedication will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of our service operations. You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Las Vegas, Nevada location on an On-site work schedule, primarily at the Harry Reid International Airport, performing periodic tests and inspections for the fire alarm systems, providing technical expertise and support on fire alarm related issues on the field and assisting the team on fire alarm-related projects primarily during overnight shifts. You will be provided with a company vehicle, laptop and accessories and mobile phone for business use. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by providing high-quality service and technical support, ensuring that our field service operations meet the highest standards. Responsibilities

  • Participate in Field Service team activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, predominantly on overnight schedules
  • Perform periodic tests and inspections on fire alarm systems at Harry Reid International Airport and assist the team with fire alarm related projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve faults in fire alarm components in the field using ladders, multimeters, and standard hand tools
  • Understanding of Codes & Standards: Knowledge of fire safety regulations that govern system performance and compliance as
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, configurations, and service actions.
  • Comply with all airport procedures and Honeywell processes, including monthly HSE reporting and timely submission of timesheets
  • Support field service operations by working scheduled night shifts to ensure uninterrupted service and system reliability.
