The Senior Field Service Engineer is responsible for supporting the needs of our customers, which directly impacts patient health and overall well-being. This position reports to the New England Regional Field Service Manager and is part of the Service Organization, and works remotely to cover the tri-state area of New Jersey, New York , and Eastern Pennsylvania. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Provide installation support, maintenance, modification and/or repair on 1-2 groups of mechanical, electromechanical, electronic and/or refrigeration instruments. Document and complete service administration activities in a timely manner to follow ISO, FDA, and Leica policies. Actively support the sale of service contracts, assist sales representatives & service team members with system configurations/upgrades, and provide feedback on ways to improve financial performance to generate service revenue.
