About The Position

We are looking for a talented Senior Field Sales Account Executive to join our team in Eaton Cummins Joint Venture (ECJV): Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies in NC, SC or GA. This role is an employee of the Eaton Cummins Joint Venture: Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies. Internal candidates are defined as employees of the ECJV.

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory to achieve ECJV business objectives.
  • Establish positive customer relationships to ensure profitable market share of ECJV products.
  • Provide product support, sales support, service support and applications training to ECJV customers to maintain and grow spec market through pull through marketing.
  • Drive business outcomes: Apply deep business and market insight to shape decisions that advance organizational goals and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Communicate with clarity: Deliver tailored, multi-mode communication that resonates with different audiences and ensures alignment across stakeholders.
  • Strengthen customer relationships: Build trust with customers and deliver solutions that reflect their needs, improving satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
