This position encompasses complex administrative support, document control, timekeeping, as well as customer and contractor support on site for large projects. It may also lead other field office support personnel. This role is based on an industrial project construction site. Play an integral role in supporting the successful delivery of large-scale industrial construction projects by serving as the central point of coordination for field office operations, project administration, workforce support, and stakeholder engagement. As a Senior Field Office Coordinator, you will provide critical operational and administrative leadership that enables construction teams, customers, contractors, and project management personnel to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced project environment. You will be a trusted resource for both field and project leadership teams, ensuring project information, documentation, workforce records, and administrative processes are managed with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Your work will directly contribute to project efficiency, compliance, customer satisfaction, and overall project success. The Senior Field Office Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced administrative and operational support for large industrial construction projects. This position oversees complex administrative functions including document control, timekeeping, reporting, workforce coordination, customer and contractor support, records management, and field office operations. Working with limited supervision, you will manage multiple priorities while serving as a key liaison between project stakeholders. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives and may provide guidance, training, and coordination for other field office support personnel to ensure consistent and effective project support services.
