We're looking for a strategic, results-oriented Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our North America Financial Services business. This role is responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth across priority accounts through integrated, account-based experiences aligned to sales strategy. As the marketing lead for the Financial Services segment in North America, you'll partner closely with Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Partner and RevOps to develop and execute data-driven GTM plans that influence every stage of the customer journey. You'll combine market insights, account intelligence, and performance data to prioritize investments and optimize programs. Success in this role requires equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, manages multiple stakeholders with ease, has a strong understanding of complex sales motions, and a passion for connecting marketing investments to pipeline and revenue impact.
