Glean is looking for a Sr. Field Marketing Manager to lead field marketing strategy for Canada and Latin America, partnering closely with regional sales leadership to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across priority countries. This role operates as a regional marketing lead in an emerging market, responsible for identifying the highest-impact opportunities to grow Glean’s presence while aligning closely with global marketing programs. You will bring Glean’s go-to-market strategy to life across the region by: Scaling and localizing our Glean Signature Events (experiential programs and roadshows) Partnering with the campaigns and digital teams to ensure we are targeting the right audiences in priority countries Adapting global programs to local market dynamics, languages, and sales priorities You’ll work closely with regional sales leaders, campaigns, digital marketing, and global field marketing teams to ensure every program contributes to pipeline growth and revenue outcomes. This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone excited to help build and scale marketing in a growing international region.
