About The Position

The Senior Field Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal, strategic role within the Northeast business area. You will serve as the primary marketing lead for the region, acting as a bridge between corporate marketing strategy and localized sales execution. This position demands a candidate who can move beyond event logistics to design, manage, and optimize high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, partner engagement, and qualified pipeline growth. This is a full-time, in-office position based in either our Chelmsford, MA or New York City office.

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms. You are highly skilled in tracking the customer journey from event touchpoint to sales qualified lead.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, field marketing, or event management; B2B technology experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement—always seeking ways to innovate and elevate field marketing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Area Marketing Manager and Regional Sales leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing roadmap that aligns with national business goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of complex events, including large-scale tradeshows, technology fairs, and exclusive partner appreciation events, ensuring each initiative is tied to clear lead-generation objectives.
  • Take ownership of field marketing metrics. Conduct post-event ROI analysis, track lead attribution through CRM systems, and present quarterly performance reports to leadership to influence future budget allocations.
  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for regional sales teams, local distributors, and industry associations. Lead contract negotiations with external vendors to maximize budget efficiency.
  • Act as a senior brand ambassador for the Northeast, ensuring that all field marketing collateral, event experiences, and partner communications maintain strict adherence to global brand standards.
  • Manage field marketing budgets with full fiscal responsibility, including invoice processing, cost accrual, and forecasting.
