The Senior Testing Technician performs testing activities independently, analyzes and evaluates equipment condition, develops technical recommendations, oversees safety compliance, and provides guidance and mentorship to Testing Technicians I and II. NETA certification is not required; however, candidates should possess the technical knowledge, field experience, leadership capabilities, and power systems expertise consistent with an advanced-level electrical testing professional. This role serves as a key field resource supporting project execution, customer relationships, technical quality, and operational excellence. Pay: $60.00-$75.00. The pay listed is the base hourly rate + plus available paid overtime. The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
