In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality liquid livestock feed by operating equipment, supporting day-to-day production, and keeping the facility running safely and efficiently. No direct feed mill experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training! Requirements

2+ years of experience in operations, production, manufacturing, agriculture or general labor environments.
Ability to operate machinery such as forklifts and loaders
Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or GED preferred
Agriculture experience preferred
Forklift certification preferred

Responsibilities

Independently manage the operation of liquid feed mill equipment (mixers & batching systems) to manufacture livestock liquid feed
Receive, handle, and move feed ingredients, load and unload trucks
Prepare and manage loadout, including opening hatches, attaching hoses, sampling, and ensuring accurate product delivery
Monitor batching/scaling systems and adjust processes to maintain feed quality and production accuracy
Perform routine equipment maintenance (greasing, inspections, minor troubleshooting) and report mechanical issues
Maintain a clean, safe mill environment through daily housekeeping, spill cleanup, and site upkeep
Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards while working with the team to meet daily production targets
Work closely with plant supervisor on all aspects of operational planning
