The Senior Facility Security Manager supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will manage day-to-day security operations and coordination efforts for the customer, oversee physical security management and access control for multiple areas, and conduct alarm response and investigation to ensure safeguarding of classified information and assets. This role also serves as the designated safety representative to ensure workplace and employee safety, manages office layouts, seating charts, and furniture configurations to track manpower and monitor potential egress issues, and provides support for incoming staff during mission-specific events, including Contractors, Military members, and distinguished visitors. The position serves as the Facility Security Officer, supporting DoD and Aerospace contracts, managing security clearances and executing requirements for cleared industry staff per 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM). Responsibilities include initiating and reviewing SF-86 “Questionnaire for National Security Positions,†facilitating fingerprint collections, executing SF-312 “Non-Disclosure Agreements,†and preparing and submitting foreign travel reports as outlined in SEAD 3. The role involves conducting periodic self-inspections and annual contractor reviews required by the DCSA Industrial Security Representative (ISR), leading Government debriefings and annotating records when access to classified information is no longer needed, and conducting INFOSEC program reviews to ensure compliance with DoDM 5200.01 requirements. Additionally, the Senior Facility Security Manager will manage classification marking guidance and provide related training, develop and maintain the Insider Threat Program/Working Group, ensure cleared staff in sensitive positions are briefed on insider threat reporting, Counterintelligence, security fundamentals, and response actions, and conduct investigations and provide supporting documentation for security incident reports. The position requires designing, developing, and authoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, planning and executing security requirements to support instructor-led training, developing and providing required security training and briefings to cleared employees, and preparing and delivering corporate leadership-level briefings and training. The Senior Facility Security Manager will serve as the primary security liaison to the Government customer, ensuring comprehension and compliance with all directed requirements, and develop and manage databases for tracking assets within secure environments. Other tasks and duties, as assigned, ISO the GM program.
