NJM is seeking a Senior Facilities Project Leader (official NJM Title) to Plan, initiate and manage Facility Operations projects of varying complexity as assigned from inception to completion. This role will plan, initiate and manage Facility Operations projects of varying complexity as assigned from inception to completion. The Project Leader will develop, control, and monitor project scope, budgets, schedules, and progress to ensure goals and objectives are being met. Provide guidance to other members of the project team to ensure they have the resources needed to deliver successful project outcomes. Apply sound architectural, engineering, and project management principles and practices. Ensure that all work and activities support NJM's standards for quality and good stewardship. Responsible for processing invoices, requisitions, approvals and managing project financials, along with providing management with weekly progress reports and communicating when additional resources are required to stay on schedule. Handles the lifecycle planning of facility projects and assets combined with long-term budgeting as relates to CAPEX planning. This is not a Hybrid role and must work in West Trenton 5 days per week.
