This position may cover one or more of the following disciplines: Facilities (built environment, architectural/CSA interface, cleanroom finishes/flooring, general facility infrastructure), Utilities (clean utilities like WFI, clean steam, CIP, clean compressed air, and black utilities like chilled water, cooling water, plant steam, compressed্জ air, drainage), Mechanical (HVAC/air handling, chillers, compressors, pumps, and mechanical equipment), and Electrical (power distribution, MCCs, panels/switchgear, cable tray, conduit, and field cabling). The role serves as the Client's owner-side representative for assigned facility construction packages, providing day-to-day oversight of the General Contractor (GC) and its subcontractors. Key responsibilities include monitoring progress, quality, and compliance against approved designs, coordinating permit-to-work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout for construction activities in an active 24/7 GMP facility, and enforcing construction segregation from live manufacturing. The position involves conducting field walkdowns, inspections, and punch-list development, supporting construction safety by ensuring GC adherence to EHS requirements, and acting as a liaison between the GC, A/E, site operations, and Leads. The role also supports Leads in reviewing design deliverables and GC submittals/RFIs, witnessing field testing, maintaining as-built documentation, and supporting commissioning, qualification readiness, turnover, and startup.
