The primary focus for this position is to identify and troubleshoot site Facilities related issues, provide repair vendor oversight/management/coordination when necessary, and ensure the maintenance and repairs for Lexington campus are followed through with from start to finish. This position will be the primary contact for all vendor contacts for emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance. As a member of the Facilities Team, provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services, and procedures to meet the goals of the company. Reports to Facilities Manager. Internal relationships include working with Research Scientists, Research Associates and colleagues within Operations. External relationships include contact with various vendors and property maintenance team.
