About The Position

The Senior Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day facilities' soft services operations across Nextpower’s U.S. offices, ensuring each location is clean, functional, well-supported, and ready for daily business operations. The role leads site-based office operations personnel and manages the delivery of facilities soft services, including reception and front-of-house operations, janitorial and day porter services, pantry and food services, office supplies, mail and shipping, conference and common-area readiness, waste and recycling, and other day-to-day office services. The Senior Facilities Operations Manager works closely with Facilities Managers who retain responsibility for hard facilities and technical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building controls, infrastructure, etc. This position coordinates the operational impact of that work and ensures continuity of office operations but does not replace the technical responsibilities of the Facilities Managers. The role partners with Facilities, Real Estate, IT, EHS, Security, Procurement, HR and landlords/property managers among others to maintain consistent facilities service standards across the U.S. portfolio.
