Requirements

Experience in facilities maintenance, asset management or building services, ideally within a healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance principles and relevant regulations.
Proven ability to coordinate projects, supervise staff and manage contractors.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
