Requirements

  • Experience in facilities maintenance, asset management or building services, ideally within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance principles and relevant regulations.
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects, supervise staff and manage contractors.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

  • Coordinate minor works projects
  • Oversee maintenance programs
  • Manage compliance and auditing activities
  • Provide expert advice on asset management, repair and replacement strategies
  • Supervise trade assistants
  • Manage maintenance systems
