About The Position

As the Senior Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of our facilities to support our business operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a focus on preventive maintenance programs and building systems management
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards related to facility maintenance and operations
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in facility maintenance and operations

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Working within maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure reliability of facility systems
• Escorting external contractors ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Performing regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues, and taking corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinating with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to business operations.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards related to facility maintenance and operations.
