Requirements

6+ years of healthcare-related construction experience.
Significant skills in finished carpentry, rough carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, HVAC repair/maintenance and operations, plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring (carpet tile, VCT, ceramic tile), Acrovyn installation, tenant improvements, doors/hardware, minor equipment repair, masonry, concrete, anchoring, landscaping and irrigation.
High school diploma or GED required.
6+ years construction experience.
Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and internet software.
Flexible schedule and availability to work overtime.
Team player with good communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish (read, write, speak) is a plus.
