In this role, you will help shape how Medtronic operates and maintains its global facilities by leading programs that strengthen our Maintenance Excellence and Reliability strategy across a worldwide real estate portfolio. You will turn strategy into action by building standardized processes, scalable initiatives, and measurable improvements that enhance asset reliability, elevate technician and supplier performance, and drive operational efficiency. Working in close partnership with Facilities, Operations, Quality, IT, and Finance teams, you will play a key role in modernizing how facilities work is planned, executed, measured, and continuously improved. Your efforts will help ensure our facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Medtronic’s enterprise priorities and regulatory standards—supporting the environments where life‑saving technologies are developed and delivered. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.
