About The Position

Jered LLC, a PAR Systems Company, is seeking a Senior Fabricator to join its Welding Fabrication Team. The position fabricates, fits, and welds intricate steel structures and mission-critical components to exacting MILSPEC standards using GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW processes. The role works in a high-output manufacturing environment where precision, collaboration, adaptability, and safety are essential. Senior Fabricators also model best practices, troubleshoot equipment, maintain welding certifications, interpret complex drawings, and mentor junior fabricators while supporting production goals without compromising quality.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 5 years of advanced welding experience in a heavy industrial environment.
Current certifications in GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW.
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and welding symbols.
Skill in MILSPEC-level fabrication.
Ability to pass advanced weld qualification tests, including 6G pipe.
Proficiency with forklifts, cranes, precision measurement tools, and GD&T.
Must be a U.S. Person.

Nice To Haves

Technical school diploma or advanced fabrication certifications.
SAW welding and setup experience.
Master Rigger certification.
Experience with aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, and nickel alloy.

Responsibilities
