We are expanding our Welding Fabrication Team and looking for highly skilled professionals who bring precision, pride, and deep technical expertise to their craft. In this role, you'll apply advanced welding techniques—including GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW—to fabricate mission-critical components to exacting MILSPEC standards. Whether fitting intricate assemblies or mentoring junior fabricators, your craftsmanship directly supports the performance and reliability of systems used by the U.S. Navy and global maritime partners. Success Criteria: As a Senior Fabricator, you’ll spend most of your time fabricating, fitting, and welding intricate steel structures using GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW techniques. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
5+ years of advanced welding experience in a heavy industrial environment
Current certifications in GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW
Proficient in reading engineering drawings and welding symbols
Skilled in MILSPEC-level fabrication
Able to pass advanced weld qualification tests, including 6G pipe
Proficient with forklifts, cranes, precision measurement tools, and GD&T
US person

Nice To Haves

Technical school diploma or advanced fabrication certifications
SAW welding and setup experience
Master Rigger certification
Experience with aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, and nickel alloy
