About The Position

In this role, you will serve as a Fab Operations Technician/Clean Room Technician producing high-quality products for our customers. This position is in the Diffusion module and operates assigned machines in a cleanroom environment, involving loading and unloading wafer production machines (microchips). The role requires adherence to detailed instructions, performing quality inspections, upholding company values, ensuring proper gowning and safety standards, and maintaining a positive attitude with punctuality for shift pass downs. Other duties as assigned are also part of the role.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• The willingness and desire to learn and grow.
• High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED) diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience with MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Effective organizational and planning skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous semiconductor industry or manufacturing experience always a plus.

Responsibilities
