Requirements

Ability to read and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation in English.
Demonstrated basic math proficiency, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurement calculations.
Ability to accurately use measuring devices such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures with training.
Ability to successfully complete required equipment operation, safety, and qualification training within the established onboarding period.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and stand, walk, bend, and reach for up to 12-hour shifts.
Availability to work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends, and schedule changes as required by production needs.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial environment.
Experience operating automated, CNC, robotic, or other manufacturing equipment.
Experience using precision measuring instruments to inspect and verify product specifications.
Experience following standardized work instructions, quality procedures, and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
Forklift, overhead crane, or material handling equipment experience.
Demonstrated record of safe work practices and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

Operate turning, milling, chamfering, sawing, punching, and robotic equipment to support daily production requirements.
Read and follow work instructions, operating procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Inspect and measure products using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools to verify quality standards.
Load, unload, and handle materials and finished products safely throughout the production process.
Perform basic equipment cleaning and routine maintenance to support reliable machine operation.
Maintain accurate production records and communicate production or quality issues to supervisors.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
