Requirements

  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation in English.
  • Demonstrated basic math proficiency, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurement calculations.
  • Ability to accurately use measuring devices such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures with training.
  • Ability to successfully complete required equipment operation, safety, and qualification training within the established onboarding period.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and stand, walk, bend, and reach for up to 12-hour shifts.
  • Availability to work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends, and schedule changes as required by production needs.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial environment.
  • Experience operating automated, CNC, robotic, or other manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments to inspect and verify product specifications.
  • Experience following standardized work instructions, quality procedures, and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
  • Forklift, overhead crane, or material handling equipment experience.
  • Demonstrated record of safe work practices and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Operate turning, milling, chamfering, sawing, punching, and robotic equipment to support daily production requirements.
  • Read and follow work instructions, operating procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Inspect and measure products using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools to verify quality standards.
  • Load, unload, and handle materials and finished products safely throughout the production process.
  • Perform basic equipment cleaning and routine maintenance to support reliable machine operation.
  • Maintain accurate production records and communicate production or quality issues to supervisors.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
