Summary: In this role, you will lead the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy for cybersecurity, ensuring every employee interaction with security policies, tools, Disaster Recovery (DR) communications, and access processes is clear, engaging, and empowering. You will lead the communication and employee experience side of cybersecurity, focusing on adoption, clarity, and behavior change rather than hands-on security engineering or SOC activities. You will translate complex technical and risk requirements into accessible, action-oriented experiences that drive adoption, behavior change, and digital trust across the enterprise. You will own the Cybersecurity Intranet page, lead enterprise-wide awareness campaigns, and shape security communication strategies that build a culture of resilience and confidence for employees and clients.
