The Human-Centered Design (HCD) Team is responsible for end-to-end vehicle experiences, focusing on the seamless integration of physical features and the digital ecosystems that support them. We are seeking a creative Experience Designer who specializes in the "real world" interaction—designing how a user engages with a physical vehicle. This is not a UI/UX digital design role. We are looking for a designer who can envision and craft simple, thoughtful, and compelling physical-led experiences for our customers. This position demands demonstrable expertise in creating industry-leading experiences, grounded in robust research insights and an understanding of future trends. You will be responsible for creating experience design principles, journey mapping, and experience road mapping. Crucially, you will use your strong graphic design and storytelling skills to translate complex human needs into visual narratives that inspire stakeholders and define the future of mobility.
