The Human-Centered Design (HCD) Team focuses on the seamless integration of physical features and digital ecosystems. We are seeking a creative Experience Designer specializing in the "real world" interaction, designing how a user engages with a physical vehicle. This role is not a UI/UX digital design role. We are looking for a designer who can envision and craft simple, thoughtful, and compelling physical-led experiences for our customers. This position requires demonstrable expertise in creating industry-leading experiences, grounded in robust research insights and an understanding of future trends. You will be responsible for creating experience design principles, journey mapping, and experience road mapping. Crucially, you will use your strong graphic design and storytelling skills to translate complex human needs into visual narratives that inspire stakeholders and define the future of mobility.
