About The Position

As a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support and partner with senior leaders in the Wealth and USCC businesses to hire talent at the Managing Director level. You will drive the delivery of end-to-end recruitment activity including stakeholder engagement, research, candidate identification, assessment, offer management and onboarding. You will act as the recruiter for critical hiring across the books of work. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across hiring, managing both internal and external talent, serving as a trusted advisor to the business and HR partners. You will serve as a point of contact with Human Resources (HR), Talent management and Compensation partners to effectively onboard executive and specialist talent. You will engage candidates, maintain knowledge of industry developments and people moves. You will work with Talent management on succession planning initiatives for critical roles. You will provide market and candidate intelligence, that enables hiring decisions to be made. You will build pools of talent, making use of networking and database tools to manage this talent. You will coach team members on relationship management, candidate engagement and recruiting expertise. You will serve a relationship manager for global business leaders. You will provide competitor insight and mapping as it relates to talent and organizational structures. You will take an active role in project activities that support the development of the Executive Talent Acquisition organization, including CRM development, Data and reporting in addition to driving process improvement, with the candidate and hiring manager experience at the centre of the change. You will appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements

  • In-house executive talent acquisition and/or retained executive search experience.
  • Experience recruiting senior business roles.
  • Network and knowledge of senior talent within the Wealth/Consumer Cards environment.
  • Experience of engaging with senior candidates, and presenting this talent to senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of compensation structures and able to craft offers.
  • Ability to consistently identify and attract passive candidates.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
