About The Position

Lead the development and execution of enterprise communications strategies and campaigns that align with NGA mission priorities and organizational transformation efforts. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering executive-level messaging, talking points, and briefings that support decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and workforce engagement. Plan and manage high-visibility events, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of key programs across the Intelligence Community and international partner environments.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of TWELVE (12)+ years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or organizational change management supporting IC or DoD customer
  • Demonstrated expertise advising senior executives, developing and executing communications strategies, and producing high-quality executive communications products
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, conduct stakeholder analysis, and align messaging across diverse internal and external audiences in fast-paced, mission-driven environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting NGA International Affairs, GEOINT, or enterprise-level reorganizations, including development of communications strategies during large-scale transformation efforts
  • Familiarity with multinational and interagency engagement, communications metrics analysis, and workforce engagement strategies
  • Background leading high-visibility events (e.g., All Hands, senior leader engagements, or international forums) and experience with change management methodologies or related certifications.
