About The Position

OpenLoop is looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to join their team remotely. This role will focus on driving research, candidate identification, and early engagement for senior and executive-level searches, partnering closely with the recruiting team from intake through close. The position is primarily sourcing-focused with the potential to grow into full executive recruiting responsibilities. OpenLoop is a telehealth support solutions company aiming to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for virtual support to patients nationwide.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• Understanding of how to capture the attention of senior leaders
• Ability to engage senior and C-level candidates with clear, confident communication
• Sufficient understanding of business strategy to present opportunities to passive talent
• Sharp instincts and sound judgment for assessing candidate fit
• Willingness to push back when necessary
• Curiosity and resourcefulness in identifying sourcing channels
• Discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information
• Self-motivation and organization
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Ashby
• Experience using an ATS to manage searches effectively

Nice To Haves

• Executive search firm background is not required, but an understanding of the field is beneficial
• Genuine desire to grow from sourcing into full-cycle executive recruiting

Responsibilities

• Lead the research and early outreach on senior and executive-level searches
• Map talent across the industry, uncovering strong candidates in overlooked companies, direct competitors, and adjacent industries
• Utilize creative channels beyond LinkedIn Recruiter, such as industry communities, networks, and referrals, to find talent
• Conduct credible outreach and initial phone screens as the first point of contact for candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in Ashby
• Assist in shaping job specifications, scorecards, and other search materials
• Provide market and compensation insights to refine sourcing strategies
• Share learnings from searches to improve the company's playbook and talent database
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business partners
• Take on full-cycle ownership of executive searches as the role evolves
• Perform other duties as assigned
