About The Position

This role involves the maintenance and repair of various electrical equipment in ports and terminals, including STS, RMG, E-RTG, RST, and ECH. The position requires overseeing shift teams, ensuring timely job closure, and adhering to company principles, safety, and security policies. The role also involves managing external contractors and consultants for critical breakdown rectification.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance and repair of STS, RMG, E-RTG, RST, ECH, Switchyard, and substation equipment.
• Ability to manage and oversee shift teams.
• Knowledge of DPW's Information security, Security Compliance, Confidentiality of information, and safety requirements and policies.
• Familiarity with LEAN principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Equipments: (STS, RMG, E-RTG, RST, ECH), Switchyard, substation
• Breakdown / repair of the equipments
• Contact outside Contractors/Consultants for speeding up major / critical breakdown rectification jobs.
• Oversee the shift team’s performance to achieve Electrical job closure on time
• Adhere to Our Principles (Founders Principles) and LEAN
• Adhere to DPWs Information security/ Security Compliance/ Confidentiality of information/ Global and MICT safety requirements and policies by staff and contractors
